1. What is our new book full of? (poems)

2. What do you have to say about the boy writing the poems so far?

3. Can you write a 4 line poem for me about what you have learned about the book so far?

Literacy Tip of the Week:

Ask your students to create a summary after reading a chapter in their book. Use the strategy Somebody Wanted But So Then if it is a fiction book!
